When ordering opens, you will be redirected to our secure ordering platform hosted by GoPrep. Through GoPrep, the following data may be processed:

• payment information.
IMPORTANT: Payment information is processed securely by Stripe via GoPrep. We do not store full card details.

We use Web3Forms to securely receive information submitted via website forms.
7. ORDERING PLATFORM (GOPREP) & PAYMENTS (STRIPE)
When you click “Order” or “Subscribe” (when available), you will be redirected to GoPrep, which processes your order selections, subscription details and checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe via GoPrep. We do not store full card details.
8. DELIVERY PROVIDERS
We share necessary delivery information (name, address and contact details) with delivery partners (e.g., DPD) solely for the purpose of delivering your meals.
9. ALLERGY & DIETARY INFORMATION (SPECIAL CATEGORY DATA)
In future, we may collect allergy or dietary information to fulfil your order safely. This information may constitute special category (health) data under UK GDPR.
We will only process this information:
• with your explicit consent;
• for the purpose of fulfilling your order safely; and
• using secure systems with restricted access.

10. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
Sous Kitchen sells and delivers within the United Kingdom only.

6. FUTURE ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
When ordering becomes available:
• orders and subscriptions will be processed via a secure third-party platform hosted by GoPrep;
• payments will be processed securely via Stripe; and
• additional terms relating to subscriptions, cancellations, delivery and refunds will apply.

7. FOOD & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER
While we take reasonable precautions:
• our kitchen handles allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, and soy; and
• we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

8. DELIVERY (WHEN LIVE)
Sous Kitchen will deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
