Sous Kitchen is operated by Beaucette Limited trading as Sous Kitchen (“Sous Kitchen”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

• place an order or subscribe to our meals (when ordering is live); or

A) Mailing list subscribers / pre-launch registrations

When you sign up to our mailing list, we collect:

• name (if provided); and

B) Menu voting

When you vote on dishes, we may collect:

• email address; and

• voting preferences/selections.

C) Supper club registrations

When you register interest in or book a supper club, we may collect:

• name;

• email address;

• phone number (if provided/needed for event logistics);

• attendance details (e.g., number of guests, seating preferences); and

• any information you choose to share with us.

D) Orders & subscriptions (when live)

When ordering opens, you will be redirected to our secure ordering platform hosted by GoPrep. Through GoPrep, the following data may be processed:

• name;

• billing address;

• delivery address;

• email address;

• phone number;

• order details;

• subscription preferences; and

• payment information.

IMPORTANT: Payment information is processed securely by Stripe via GoPrep. We do not store full card details.

E) Website usage data

We may automatically collect limited technical data such as:

• IP address;

• browser type;

• device type;

• pages visited; and

• time spent on site.

This helps us understand performance and improve the user experience.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information to:

• send menu updates and newsletters (where you have opted in);

• allow you to vote on dishes;

• process orders and subscriptions (when live);

• arrange delivery of meals (when live);

• manage customer service queries;

• improve our menus and website; and

We do not sell your data.

5. EMAIL MARKETING (KLAVIYO)

We use Klaviyo to manage our mailing list and send emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

6. WEB FORMS (WEB3FORMS)

We use Web3Forms to securely receive information submitted via website forms.

7. ORDERING PLATFORM (GOPREP) & PAYMENTS (STRIPE)

When you click “Order” or “Subscribe” (when available), you will be redirected to GoPrep, which processes your order selections, subscription details and checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe via GoPrep. We do not store full card details.

8. DELIVERY PROVIDERS

We share necessary delivery information (name, address and contact details) with delivery partners (e.g., DPD) solely for the purpose of delivering your meals.

9. ALLERGY & DIETARY INFORMATION (SPECIAL CATEGORY DATA)

In future, we may collect allergy or dietary information to fulfil your order safely. This information may constitute special category (health) data under UK GDPR.

We will only process this information:

• with your explicit consent;

• for the purpose of fulfilling your order safely; and

• using secure systems with restricted access.

You may withdraw consent at any time, but we may be unable to fulfil orders safely without this information.

10. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Sous Kitchen sells and delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Our website may be accessed from outside the UK. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the UK.

We do not currently restrict overseas visitors from joining our mailing list; however, communications are intended for UK customers.

11. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal data only as long as necessary:

• Mailing list data – until you unsubscribe;

• Order data – for up to 6 years (for tax/legal reasons, when live);

• Customer service enquiries – typically 12–24 months;

• Supper club registrations – typically up to 24 months (unless needed longer for legal/administrative reasons).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure hosting, encrypted connections (SSL), restricted internal access, and use of reputable third-party platforms.

However, no internet transmission is ever 100% secure.
